New Point Blank PH D3D Menu Hack

(Press F5 to disable default CT force chams wallhack when your screen is painted by whole piece of color. Press another F5 to enable it back.)

I believe not all chams are displayed, but I guessed 90%-95% are being displayed.

NOTE = CT CHAMS ARE NOT ALL BEING WALLHACK DUE TO POINT BLANK SMART PREVENTIVE TECHNOLOGY. I WILL GET THIS DONE ASAP, I PROMISE.

WINXP x86 tested good
WINXP x64 not tested, so I don't know the result.
